Bluebirds

Bluebirds is a celebration of rich colour and curious creatures. I really enjoyed introducing texture into the paint surface and letting my imagination run free. I worked in acrylic to build up the textural underpainting, then worked in layers of oils to bring the rich, glowing colours to life.
